No, you can attend the Show and not be a member of ASHRAE; however, ASHRAE members that register for the ASHRAE Winter Conference are entitled to attend the Show at no charge. For more information, please visit ashrae.org.
No individual under the age of 18 will be admitted. On Show days, 16 and 17-year-old students accompanied by an adult will be admitted.

Advance Online Visitor Registration is FREE. Order your badges by January 6th (December 19th for International) and your badges will be mailed. On-Site registration is $30 per badge.

No, due to the sensitive nature of new products and unique booth displays at the Show, photography and/or video recording of any booths within the Exhibit areas by any attendee/exhibitor personnel is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose booth/product is being photographed/video taped and/or all individuals appearing in the photograph or video.

Free shuttle bus service will operate between the Las Vegas Convention Center and all Official Show Hotels (or points nearby) on Show days, January 30 – February 1.  The shuttle schedule will be posted on the website when it’s available, but you should be sure to check the schedule posted in the hotel lobby to confirm the times and exact pick-up location.

In addition, Las Vegas taxis are always available for transportation around the city.

Automobile parking is available at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC).  The current parking fee is $10 per space with in and out privileges – cash or credit cards accepted.  Anyone leaving the LVCC and planning to return the same day can show
their paid parking receipt for reentry.

Overnight parking is prohibited on LVCC property.  Vehicles left on the property
overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense.
