Media list request form
As an exhibitor (or a representative of an exhibitor), you may request a list of the media contacts who have pre-registered to attend the 2025 AHR Expo. Once you submit your request using the form below, you will receive a confirmation that it has been received.
The initial list will then be sent to the email address entered on the form around the third week of October. The list will be updated and distributed weekly.
Terms and conditions apply: The media registration contacts will be available electronically via email only and may be converted to labels for a one-time use. Members of the media may not be spammed. This list is to be used in relation to the 2025 AHR Expo only and may not be used for other purposes.
