Request a visa invitation letter for the 2025 AHR Expo
The show will take place on February 10-12, 2025, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

As an international attendee or exhibitor, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to obtain your travel visa. Advance travel planning and early visa application are important since visa applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past.
Please visit your country's Embassy's Consular website for specific procedures, such as how to make an interview appointment.
Invitation requests must be received no later than eight (8) weeks prior to the show’s opening. Deadline is December 13, 2024. Please allow 3-5 business days for invitation letters to be sent out once requested.
Due to the high volume of daily invitation requests, please request your letter early. Invitation letters will be sent exclusively via email.
The AHR Expo will not be responsible for contacting the US Consulate or Embassy offices and reserves the right to refuse any visa invitation letter request.
