Press Credentials Policy

Press badges are provided to editors, writers, publishers and editorial employees of official publications. Non-editorial employees of media organizations, such as marketing, public relations, advertising, account representatives, analysts, book authors, consultants, corporate media executives, film companies/production companies not on assignment, researchers, and sales are not eligible for press badges and should register as attendees. All final press credentialing decisions are at the discretion of Show management. Registered journalists must wear their current Show media badges at all times when on the exhibition floor and when attending Show-related events.

Badge Distribution & Onsite Registration:

Badges will be mailed directly to registrants before the Show depending upon the date of registration receipt.

On-site registration will be available at the press registration desk. Press Attendees are encouraged to register prior to Show arrival to minimize wait time.

Press will have access to the following

• Press office

• Press kits from participating exhibitors

• Press conferences

• List of new product introductions

• Events schedule

• Access to education sessions

• Early entrance into the exhibit hall

• Press releases and Show photos

• Message board
